Robert Klaric, is the Founder of highly successful ‘The Property Expert International’ Advisory and Advocacy service.
As the founding Principal of the Award Winning Agency, Klaric Partners Property Consultants, established in Sydney in 1997, Robert Klaric with his Co-Founder Leonie Klaric took enormous pride in his reputation to provide a dynamic, innovative and progressive personalised property service.
In 2011 Robert & Leonie Klaric were recognized by one of the Country’s biggest leading Real Estate agency McGrath Estate Agents founder by John McGrath to acquire their business ‘Klaric Partners Property Consultants’ which by this point was respected as the market leader in its area.
‘The Property Expert International’ was created as a result of the enormous public need for the professional services of an Independent property ‘Advisor and Advocate’, who exclusively looks after the consumers when they are selling and buying property in all facets of real estate dealings with agents.
Robert’s extensive 30 year career has left him widely recognised among the Industry elite for a number of performance awards including several area record sales. He has proven results in the art of negotiation and leaves his clients assured that they have received the best price possible. Some of these notable achievements include:

Robert started work in the real estate industry in 1988 after over a decade in hospitality. In 2014 he celebrated his 25th wedding anniversary with Leonie and enjoys life with their children Alex 25 and Renee 23. Robert gives value back to the industry and the community. He is a past President of the Real Estate Institute (Northern Beaches division) of NSW and is frequently sought by leading print media and television for expert commentary on the real estate market in Sydney.
Many charities have utilized the ‘Free Auctioneering Services’ Robert continuously provides for Charitable organisations. Robert has been involved in the Sophie Delezio charity ‘Day of Difference’ and ‘Bear Cottage Hospice Manly’ for critically ill children, as well as sponsoring the local Seaforth Football Club and Balgowlah Heights public schools. A recent heart-felt project recognised as “Audrey’s wish” featured on Channel nine’s ACA program consisted of Robert and Leonie Klaric assisting in the purchase of a home to help a terminally ill cancer sufferer, Audrey Myrden provide for her three beautiful young boys, Jack, Charlie and Declan.

Leonie Klaric, is the Co-Founder of ‘The Property Expert International’.

Leonie is widely recognised as one of New South Wales industry leaders in Prestige residential and commercial property management and residential sales. Boasting an impressive professional history covering over 35 plus years in the industry starting her first job at the age of 16 in Real Estate Her high profile real estate companies including Laing & Simmons Nth Sydney in 1988 and one of Australia’s leading and most successful property individuals the Late Henry Pollack, one of the original Founders and directors of the ‘The Mirvac Property and Construction Group’ in Australia, in which Leonie worked directly with the late Henry Pollack as his exclusive Executive Property Manager for the entire Edgecliff Shopping Centre.
